No Student shall be absent from the hostel without permission                                                                       after the roll calling which is taken at 8:00 P.M. ( B )   students will make sure that their leave           application are sanctioned before they leave           the hostel. ( C )   Students may visit or a company of those           visitors whose names and identity cards           ( photocopy ) are given by their parents or           guarding with hostel admission forms           obtainable from the college office. ( D )   Visits from friends and relatives may be made           on weekends and other holidays in daytime. ( E )   Interference with the electrict installation of           the hostel by the students are not allowed.           Students must ensure that the lights and fans           are switched when the rooms are unoccupied.           They shall also check that bathroom taps are               not left open and that water is not wasted.     ( F )   The boarders are expected to keep their rooms, verandah, bathrooms and hostel lawns clean &tidy. They should use               the dustbins fro wast disposal.     ( G )   Use of heaters and cookers is not permitted in the living room.     ( H )   Monthly mess fee shall be payable in advance. No boarder is allowed to run independent mess in any case.   COMMON ROOM FOR T.V.    Summer:    9:00 P.M. To 10:00 P.M    Winter:    8:00 P.M. To 9:00 P.M   TRANSPORT                                                  The college will arrange its own transport facilities for the    pick and drop of the local students no-loss basis. However, the students already studying    under matric classes in this institution will be given transport facilities free of cost.
